There inside the Magic box in the vacum command center lol....Its in there my man...I know cuz thats where i got mine....It dont do alot but it helps on top end nothing you will notice unless you got decent mods...my o2 cents

your cars is going to run a little richer and gas mileage will drop a bit. Like rendon said not worth it unless you have some mods.
If you havent done it yet go with a CAI first thats what I would do.

on my 91 integra the map sensor is on the firewall on the drivers side . with some other sensor n some stuff. i put it on my car and it felt slower and not right. but its a b18 so i dont know if the engine it was on before being smaller was the prob.
just a little FYI someone dynoed a 3g on 3 diffrent maps (3g, 4g, 5g) and there was no increase in power at all.
also i heard all honda map sensors are the same, Cause i have a b20b TB mounted one on my b16 intake and i asked some guru's if it was the same they said all of the mnare the same
I don't suppose this would be necessary with a 260-grind cam? I ordered one from Delta and they mentioned the 260-grind since I'm on a strock fuel setup, what's y'all's two cents??

A map sensor is a map sensor. I never believed in this 4th gen map sensor thing.

dude messy proved it on the dyno. i remember the thread. it was like 7 whp and like 9 wtq. compared to the 3G one.
i'm running one and yeah you'll notice a difference. wayyyy smoother in the top end. however, the car will eat some fuckin gas now.
definitely requires supporting mods.

X2.....IT made a big difference when i did it also....i even put the stock one on and i was like wow...That was with cam, msd, header, catback, cai so idk....Like a203 said way way smoother on top end...and yes gas mileage drops a few...but works.

maybe all you guys had fucked mp sensors because im sure they are allll the same
nope

Well I guess I can go, "acquire" a 4th gen MAP sensor and dyno the car before with the cam, then after with the cam...see if there's a change

So you just splice the 4th gen sensor into the wires of your stock 3rd gen sensor??

Honestly its not worth it at all. Did three dyno runs with 3rd, 4th, and 5th gen sensors and no dice. They were all the same.
